finding my niche

 

I feel like I can't figure out what to do with this blog. Ideas, coming from every direction swirl around in my head. I want to blog about photography, cooking, my family. I want to post about fashion and outfits I wear, the occasional sewing project I start and don't finish, and too many other things. Can one blog be about all those things? I don't know yet, but I'm busying figuring it out. I need to find my niche, my own little corner of the blogosphere where I fit just right. I want to be me. 

To disipline myself into the routine of blogging on a regualr basis I'll be foucusing on two regualr features.

1. Outfit post's. I love looking at others' fashion posts, and having to take self portraits will help me to be more creative with my photos.

and

2. A photo or two taken either Sunday or Monday mornings and posted on those days.

 

I'm going to focus on those. And not stress if that's all that I post one week. I want to put thought and time into each post, not post for the sake of posting. Okay, enough saying the word "post". :-)

Also, I've started blogging on Photology again if you'd like to check it out. A fun new regular feature over there is "instax monday" where I'll be posting a photo I've taken with my Fuji Instax 210 or my moms Instax Mini.

I've been struggling with that recently too! Per my friends advice I'll just be leaving it a mishmash of everything for now. :-)
